The Readers And Writers Network invites you to the June Summer Book Club Celebration,
Friday, June 27th from 3pm-5pm at the Strang Park Shelter (W. 88th and Farley St.) located behind the Johnson County Central Resource Library (9875 W. 87th).
We'll have crafts, music, face-painting by Artpertise_llc, a Scavenger Hunt and FREE Bike Helmets from Bike/Walk KC to keep you safe as you ride to Book Clubs this Summer at the different libraries!
Enjoy a read aloud of Wild Blue by local children's book author of "Adventures Calling" and member of kcbookbeat, Beth Noser; while parents receive helpful tips for dealing with Summertime stress from the Whole Parent Foundation, a local organization offering free mental health support groups for parents.
